Seems even if the actions can clone the submodules, they don't have the access rights of gitlab @OCopping (which is what blgui needs) |

Added submodules blgui and p47-services....They can be removed, but they really help with testing. The pull request doesn't have to be merged, but it's a good question of how to continue developing with the ability to test
