I updated the script to work with modern day dlang and python3.
Support for python2 was dropped, the code was restructured using functions and some unused options were removed.
Compiling with LDC now also works. I tested with dmd and ldc2.
Another notebook was also also added with more examples, a button in the readme opens it in https://colab.research.google.com.
I probably didn't fix everything. Especially the readme might still be out of date.
