  • Update publish-nuget.yml to create a github release before pushing to nuget (fixed issue introduced by Enable trusted publishing #81)
  • Update build-and-pack-nuget.sh to skip up-to-date packages
  • Moved Packages.zip creation from push-nuget-packages.sh to build-and-pack-nuget.sh
