feat: 引入配置存储/监听与外部改动提醒

摘要

• 引入 ~/.duckcoding 集中配置存储与迁移（profile_store + migration），镜像写回各 CLI 原生配置目录
• 新增配置监听（notify + 轮询补偿）与外部改动提醒，前端配置管理 Tab、ProfileSwitchPage 弹窗一键跳转处理
• 更新 schema 与原始来源记录，补充 scroll-area 组件、命令封装、logger 示例，优化 watcher 开关回退与校验
• 新增/完善脚本入口：npm run test、npm run coverage:rs 等（含 cargo-llvm-cov 配置），便于本地测试与覆盖率检查
