Move the camera on Program

• slowly control the program camera.
• control the speed of the Program camera with the slider

• reverse the up-down axis
• remap the joystick and GamePad buttons with the new features.
• Add joystick icon within preset toolbox
• Move button to display Presets toolbox in Groupbox of the preset
