Adds an input for configurable docker build context path. Allows multiple docker images in repos e.g. https://github.com/EO-DataHub/eodh-jupyter-images.
Also updates some actions to newer versions (shouldn't have any breaking changes)
Print trivy output so we actually know what to fix if it fails.
