Description

Add an example recipe using ESA CCI data from the ESA Climate Data Center.

To try out the new feature, run pixi run -e xcube-dev esmvaltool config copy data-xcube-esacci.yml to install the data source and next run pixi run -e xcube-dev esmvaltool run examples/recipe_xcube.yml to run the example recipe.

The changes in pyproject.toml are temporary for testing ESMValGroup/ESMValCore#2917 and should not be merged.
