💡 What:
Added center alignment to the TUI help text footer and applied a dim (Color::DarkGray) center-aligned style to the secondary "No spec selected" empty state in the details panel.

🎯 Why:
These small visual polishes improve the TUI's visual hierarchy. Centering the help text creates a more balanced layout, while dimming and centering the secondary empty state visually distinguishes it from the primary actionable list, making it clearer to users that the area is intentionally inactive until a selection is made.

📸 Before/After:
Visual change applied via TUI styling

Accessibility:
Improves cognitive accessibility by providing clearer visual cues for inactive/empty states.

This commit resolves two issues:
1. UX: Center aligned the TUI help footer and the secondary "No spec selected" empty state (dimmed to DarkGray) to improve visual hierarchy.
2. CI Fix: Replaced `kill(pid, 0)` with `child.try_wait().unwrap().is_none()` in process termination tests to prevent false positives from zombie processes.
