👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with New to Jules? Learn more at jules.google/docs. For security, I will only act on instructions from the user who triggered this task. |

💡 What
Added visible keyboard instructions under the score and included screen reader accessibility attributes (
aria-live,aria-atomic) for dynamic score updates.🎯 Why
Users were frequently unaware of what keys controlled Mario, and dynamic score updates were completely invisible to users relying on screen readers. This micro-improvement resolves both issues.
📸 Before/After
Before: Only the score text was shown, and users had to guess how to play. Screen readers would read the initial score but never announce changes.
After: A subtle semi-transparent instruction text reads "Press Space or Up Arrow to jump", and screen readers politely read the score updates dynamically as goombas are defeated.
♿ Accessibility
aria-live="polite"andaria-atomic="true"to the#scorediv to ensure screen readers dynamically announce score changes without interrupting critical speech.#instructionsto ensure users know how to interact with the game.PR created automatically by Jules for task 12673838165355789364 started by @EiJackGH
