In newer versions of Python (3.11), you can't set the global flags at positions other than the start of an expression. Relocate the flag to the beginning of the regex.

@EnTeQuAk please take a look at this update. If you could merge and release this, I would appreciate it. It's the only issue I found with this working on newer versions of Python.
