Added content tags to item and enemy registration through an LLL soft dependency (have to check in the patch's awake because content tags are initialised suuuper late for whatever reason)
Potentially fixed issues with mapobjects not registering properly in some cases plus added support for content tags triggering up until the spawnrate function
