Explanation of Change

Updates Onyx to version 3.0.14 (not published yet) which requires a new version of NitroSQLite that introduces a DatabaseQueue implementation, to prevent common errors around transactions in the Expensify app.

Tests

Run QA tests on all app flows, to make sure Onyx works like expected.

1. Open the app
2. Open the DevTools console
3. Click the "+" button in the navigation bar.
4. Create an expense by clicking on "Create expense" and finishing the flow
5. Check the console and make sure, there are no logs/errors from NitroSQLite like the following:

• [SqlExecutionError] cannot rollback - no transaction is active
• [SqlExecutionError] cannot start a transaction within a transaction

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
