I've been reviewing a lot more PRs than I use to, and this has led to my k2 getting harder to manage. I imagine with using more contributors this is a problem for other engineers. This adds a small emoji 😴 that you can click to "snooze" the PR in your k2, which simply grays out the PR, until something new happens. This makes it easy to see what PRs you've already actioned.
