Adds error checks when reading in input files for invalid object ID's and node ID's, which previously were not checked and would cause seg faults. This addresses #165.
Additionally, improves the documentation with more references and links to demonstration videos on how to use MoorDyn. These updates are also reflected in README's and in the example folder.
