- Change default attributes considered for the query to REF and GT.
- Add --no-cache option to the script. The default will be to use cached metadata and jsons for cloud workspaces if they are found and TILEDB_CACHE will be set to 1. This helps avoid specifying jsons and setting TILEDB_CACHE from the command line.
