Remove unnecessary empty 'note: ""' fields from all respecConfig editor objects across all config.js and colofon.js files. This cleanup removes redundant configuration fields.
- Updated all references in objectenhandboek markdown files - Updated catalogus files (BGT and IMGeo) - Updated implementatieplan files - Updated mapping.md - Updated wijzigingen.md - Marked task as completed in openstaandepunten.md This addresses the low priority backlog item to rename 'groenvoorziening' to 'stedelijk groen' (chosen over 'openbaar groen' as it better reflects the urban nature of these green spaces).
- Updated mapping.md to use 'stedelijk groen' in IMGeo.next column (was still 'groenvoorziening') - Fixed trailing whitespace in implementatieplan/2-afbakeningsregels.md
