The Ubuntu image tag 26.04 is not a valid stable release version. Ubuntu LTS releases follow a biennial cycle (e.g., 22.04, 24.04), and 26.04 is not currently available in the mirror.gcr.io or official repositories. This change will cause the Docker build to fail with a "manifest not found" error. It is recommended to revert to the 24.04 LTS release.
