Publishes the LiDMaS+ open-source UI branch with Gottesman organization URLs, updates GitHub Pages metadata, and adds the Vite UI to the Pages artifact under /ui/ while keeping MkDocs at the project root. Validation: npm run build in lidmas+/frontend; mkdocs build --strict; local Pages-path Safari check for /lidmas_cpp/ui/ loaded JS/CSS/assets with HTTP 200.
