… in HEASARC-tutorials to control which notebooks get pulled into Fornax-images/served on the FSC. Eventually this will be populated by a GitHub action, with extra required fields added to the metadata of HEASARC-tutorial notebook files. The format of this file may change, we have written it quite different to IRSA, and we might want to keep the formats consistent. Also there are no requirements-file entries yet.

As added to main branch in PR #203, a prototype of a file that will control which notebooks are pulled into the Fornax image and deployed on the FSC. Format may change significantly, and the real version of this file will be populated automatically whenever this branch is updated.
