A first draft of the Detailed version of the muon system (barrel + endcap in the same builder)

• Defining the first draft of the detailed muon system, which depend on mosaics of 50 * 50 cm^2 mRWELL chambers.
• Defining a suitable XML for the new detailed version.
• The barrel and the endcap are described in the same builder, but in the XML you can choose to build both or on of them, just by indicating the number of layers of each of them.
