After a long hiatus, I am back to the work!
Updated Turkish README with improved clarity and corrections.
Translate sections of README_TR.md to Turkish.
It's a bit complicated, I have exams if I need to be simple. Rest of translations might be done after next week. Then I'll revise the translation after the draft is done
One last thing before being gone lmao
Errors are revised parttially and additional translation made.
My life had become a horrible sandwich, so I had to take assistance by AI. Don't worry, The translation is not broke and most of the translations is still hand-made :)

I have been having a hard time to maintain my own life, but my passion for translating had never been down. So, here I am. I also learned to use AI efficiently, so my translations would be better. Again, sorry for delay and I hope you guys a happy new year (twice ig 😆)
