Disclaimer: This is not tested! I didn't know how to really test this without setting up a whole identical infrastructure, so I didn't.
This should enable users to search the "All Checks" list for checks, that were updated or created after a given point in time, in the following form:
after <any ISO8601 time>. For example:after 2022-03-28T11:00.Let me know if this does not suit your desired style of code.
