Presentation

At this step, we want to generate the workspaces containing the Rookeys PDF needed for Combine to compute Signal systematics.

How to use it

Fit> cd analysis/<analysisId>/
<analysisId>> mkdir combine
<analysisId>> cd -
Fit> ./generateKeysPdfWorkspacesForAllMassesNarrow.py --b-tag 3 -i ../Extractor2Dataset/datasets/Latest/data/MTT_Data_merged.root --signal ../Extractor2Dataset/datasets/Latest/Signal_ZPrimeToTTJets_M%dGeV_W%sGeV_dataset_nominal_merged.root
