Summary

Configure Tauri bundler to use the provided FL icon PNG and existing ICO.
Add Tauri .cargo config and generated macOS schema to keep builds reproducible.
Update lockfiles after pulling latest necromancer dependency.

Test plan

Run "npm run build" at repo root.
Run "cargo build -p atem-ui-tauri" and confirm it succeeds.
Run "cargo tauri dev" and confirm the app launches with the FL icon.
