Spectral analysis and training of dense layers. Select the folder PyTorch or TensorFlow, depending on the implementation of spectraltools. At the moment the PyTorch implementation is experimental. Each one has its own README. The paper showing the theoretical framework of the parametrization introduced in the regularized framework has been published in NeurIPS.
