Options like "Toggle preflight" were not available anymore. I added a better detailed explanation as to how to fix problems with Gradle 8 and JBR25 since they are not compatible and IntelliJ seems to not update it automatically. I also added ways to create the manual run configuration as they don't appear sometimes

I went through the QuickStart guide as a refresher and couldn't find myself around it. It would seem that IntelliJ has been updated and the guide hasn't caught up.
