This PR removes the .zenodo.json file, which contained metadata for Zenodo integration. The project already has a CITATION.cff file that provides equivalent citation and metadata functionality, making the .zenodo.json file redundant. Zenodo natively supports CITATION.cff files as a modern standard for citation metadata.
