NIST DB to TXT POWERSHELL SCRIPT: Converts NIST NSRL to txt

The NIST downloads are here: https://www.nist.gov/itl/ssd/software-quality-group/national-software-reference-library-nsrl/nsrl-download

The script requires SQLITE to be stored in a directory https://www.sqlite.org/download.html

Simply edit the script to point at the folders and DB at the beginning.

Then you can import them into cellebrite PA
