generated GL commands look good, can't test it on actual hardware though. I feel that the controls are a little big though, see the attachment. This is on 1920x1080, and the checkboxes/sliders are pretty big, compared to the small font.

Yes it's enough for what we want to do for now.

oki on the android builds dough I would use the rendered solution, to much dpi variability

wheeland should look like this well depending on your dpi but you can compare to the font size

can you test with this image al let me know if it looks good (buttons 2 small spacing etc) its based on a new system that takes into consideration the physical size of the screen, from phone tablets to desktops...

the sizing on this appears to work well (except the popup banner). But of course the rendering of the controls needs a cross platform way of working

As an intermediate solution I would suggest using this sizing formula but with @lemirep static images
