Admin settings endpoints in the API reference (envelope, PATCH semantics, 400-when-unavailable), runtime-toggle notes in the server configuration page, a Community metadata lookup subsection in the console tour, and the browsing page now points at the console switch instead of implying config-file-only. Regenerated the admin Overview screenshot so it shows the new card.
