Brings the README in line with the latest AlphaPulldownSnakemake (release 2.4.0).

Two commits:

  1. Sync the SLURM defaults for structure inference section with AlphaPulldownSnakemake — add slurm_exclude_nodes and structure_inference_max_runtime to the config example, and document GPU node exclusion / runtime cap and unified memory (structure_inference_unified_memory + structure_inference_xla_mem_fraction, which now defaults to auto = allocated host RAM / physical GPU VRAM, computed per job).
  2. Point the deploy tag + env file to 2.4.0snakedeploy --tag and the alphapulldown.yaml env URL 2.1.82.4.0.

README-only.

Mirror the expanded "SLURM defaults for structure inference" section from
AlphaPulldownSnakemake: add slurm_exclude_nodes and structure_inference_max_runtime
to the config example, and document GPU node exclusion / runtime cap and the
unified-memory options (structure_inference_unified_memory +
structure_inference_xla_mem_fraction, now defaulting to "auto" = host RAM / GPU VRAM).
