The UDSMs are the latest builds from the TeamCity pipeline for UDSM-Settlement. The Linux version was missing, causing the validation tests on linux to fail. Next to that, the windows UDSM.dll is updated to the latest version.

Thanks for updating the DLL and adding the Linux shared library. This PR looks good to go.
