Firmware update - 15/04/23

This firmware changes the manufacturer and product ID to use the newly assigned id's by the Open Amiga Hardware Repository

This means that in future the board will be correctly identified by identify.library and boards.library

No other changes have been made.

Update PCB design to fix issues in CDTV #4 - U4 VCC changed from 5V down to 3.3V to lower threshold voltage
