What does this pull request do?

Implements the KS99 Early Bird Catches the Wyrm

• Corrects HP to 50,000
• Adds a significant bonus to weapon damage
• Implements combat loop. Flight @ 66%, land @ 33% & gain a significant power increase
• Corrects the fTP of the airborne auto-attack and fire blast with captures from retail
• Corrects the fTP of airborne Hurricane Wing
• Corrects ready time of several dragon abilities
• Implements accurate draw-in mechanics (video attached)
• Implements correct phase handling incase of wipe (video attached)
