- Replace README.md with rebuilt hero, value-first structure, live stat band, terminal-cast hero GIF
- Add CONTRIBUTING.md covering Rye and pip setup, dev loop, CI checks, PR guidelines
- Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md adopting Contributor Covenant 2.1
- Add SECURITY.md with private disclosure path, scope, supported versions
- Add assets/hero-demo.gif (existing assets/before_after_hero.png unchanged)
