Fixing CI for xopt/optimas generator tests

In CI basic tests failed with

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 28] No space left on device

Strange as extras did not get this despite installing more. But I had not yet swtiched to generator_standard xopt branch in extras. Dont know if that installs more. Could also just be a glitch.
