The name of this pull is fairly self explanatory. This is aimed to help with moderation by making it possible for moderators to easily view a sorted list of all users, however this can also be used by regular users for casual browsing of content on the service. This is one of multiple planned PRs that will ideally come together to implement more moderation features.
