This file seems a little bit different from the file that comes with Diacamma's installation (for example, there is no 'from django.utils import six' in the last one). Any hint ?

Set the correct value for PRAGMA foreign_keys ("OFF") with sqlite. This will solve the restore error under M$Windows.
