Simple program I made to make changing mouse cursors in Windows a bit easier.

Using the program is simple. Select the folder where the mouse cursors are, look at the default assumed bindings, and make any changes.

This was my first time using Free Pascal and Lazarus, and I will admit it was a bit challenging. But ultimately I'm happy with how the program turned out
