By using the "Marketplace" Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Bot.
2.1. User Account Linking: Some features of the Bot may require users to link their Minecraft Bedrock Marketplace account. By linking your account, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that only one account per user is allowed.
2.2. Privacy: We respect your privacy. User account information linked to the Bot will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
2.3. Requesting Data: The Bot provides a /request-data command that allows users to view the data collected on their linked Minecraft Bedrock Marketplace account. By using this command, you acknowledge and consent to the retrieval of your data and understand that it will be presented to you as specified by the command.
3.1. Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy when using the Bot. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.2. Compliance with Discord Guidelines: Users must adhere to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
4.1. No Warranty: The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no guarantee that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted.
4.2. No Responsibility for Content: We are not responsible for any content shared through the Bot, including but not limited to marketplace listings and user-generated content.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these ToS.
We may update or modify these ToS at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
