Add a new standalone algo.html that implements a "Top Empresas por KM" UI: a centered button that opens a modal with a searchable, responsive leaderboard (table for desktop, cards for mobile), animated progress bars and medal badges for top 3. Includes full CSS for styling/animations, mobile scroll/safari fixes, and JS that fetches top-km data from the Trucky API (mdcdev.me), with in-memory caching, preload, retry UI, view toggle (acumulado / monthly), client-side filtering, and graceful error handling. Also implements focus handling, background-scroll prevention while modal is open, and fetch-first-ok logic to race endpoints.
