Automated transpilation of the BigQuery concept sources into the
concepts_postgresandconcepts_duckdbdialects.Triggered by a change to
mimic-iv/concepts/**(or the transpiler)on
main. Review the diff, let the equivalence / build checks run,then merge to bring the generated dialects back in sync.
This PR is updated in place as further changes land on
main.
