This experiment adds a rtt (ping) experiment to be used on the pycom boards.

The experiment works by first "preloading" the pycom board with some helper functions that setups the nb-iot connection etc.
The experiment then executes these "helper functions" to setup and run the experiment, ie ping, and parse the results. The actual experiement commands are therefore run on the pycom board.
The connections to, the stability of and the fimrware version of the pycomboard is paramount for the stability of the experiment. The fimrware version tested is : Pycom MicroPython 1.18.2.r7 [v1.8.6-849-df9f237]
