…n validation for all data types expect OBJECT
…tpage` property instead of `seed`. Updated the implementation so that the validation of INTEGER type properties is now supported by the `QuestionObservationUtils`. Adapted the UnitTest to provide Mock data for `lastpage` instead of `seed`
