This PR improves the Agent/tool-calling layer by normalizing tool result handling, adding clearer tool-usage guidance, and making structured tool outputs easier for both the model and the UI to consume. As a result, tool execution feedback is more stable, summaries are more readable, and the coding agent can make better follow-up decisions after tool calls.
