implementing Voron tap style nozzle probing. currently flag and optical switch are superglued in place because I'm lazy. hopefully someone else does it properly

hopefully one of you smart cookies can turn it into something better.
currently looses about 1.5mm of Y and needs optical sensor/flag to be superglued. also highly dependent on preload of the rail (has a fair bit of slop on the cheap one I'm testing on)
don't bother crediting me, feel free to yoink and do whatever with it
