UWP WhatsApp client aimed primarily for Windows 10 Mobile from porting Baileys (secondary WhatsApp MD device client)
Aiming to get desktop users on board who hate the new wrapper, but can't find a place to request help.
What works:
- Message sending
- Image sending
- Getting images
- Contact names via their ~ name - not true contact names from phone yet (wait to load)
- Profile pictures (wait a lot, be patient)
- Starting new chats with completely new numbers (I know, right?)
What needs to work:
- Proper Session saving
- A lot more
Essentially a barebones client. Works until it doesn't.
Note that of around 50 users, I've never had a user who's been banned (though I once had some sort of issue, wasn't a ban), and I would definitely like to hear from someone who was banned.
