When generating files under `tf-psa-crypto`, use the scripts from `tf-psa-crypto/framework`, not the scripts from Mbed TLS's own `framework`. Fixes Mbed-TLS#10529 Signed-off-by: Gilles Peskine <Gilles.Peskine@arm.com>

When generating files under

I believe that the changes are complete (with respect to generated files). They make Mbed-TLS/mbedtls-framework#245 pass. It's a bit hard to tell because it's possible that there are more inconsistencies but only in scripts that are currently identical in the two framework vintages at the moment.
