This is the first release of DynamicPlaceholders.

Commands and his herachy:

• dph (dynamicplaceholders) this is the main command
  • reload use it to reload all the config's files
  • action (placeholders-action) use it to execute another sub-command that can modify an placeholder
    • create use it to create (or modify) an placeholder

How to use his commands?

• dph arguments are optional, if use with-out args it send the current version
  • reload not require any argument
  • action require an argument with the action to made
    • create require two arguments, the first is the placeholder-id and the second is his value

• dph.reload permission of dph reload command
• dph.create permission of dph action create command
