This pull request bumps required Java version to 25, Gradle Wrapper to 9.2.0 and NeoForm to 7.1.16 to support Minecraft 26.1.
Tested with the NeoForge 26.1 snapshot alpha neoforged/NeoForge#2879 and in a 1.21.1 environment.
This pull request works as is but it's highly recommended to also include #24 before creating a new release for that.
